About the Opportunity
Wadhwa & Co. is seeking two Assessment Interns for a six-month role intended for fresh law graduates. The opportunity offers practical exposure to active litigation, court proceedings, legal drafting and litigation strategy.
Number of Positions
There are two positions available for Assessment Interns.
Duration
The assessment role will run for six months, from October or November 2026 to April 2027.

Location
The position is based in New Delhi.
Stipend
The stipend will be discussed upon onboarding.
Practice Areas
The role is within the Litigation and Dispute Resolution practice.
Eligibility Criteria
- Law graduates with 0–1 year of post-qualification experience.
- Candidates based in Delhi NCR are preferred.
- AIBE-qualified and enrolled candidates are preferred.
- Candidates who can join immediately will be prioritised.
Roles & Responsibilities
Litigation and Court Proceedings
Selected candidates will gain hands-on exposure to active litigation and court proceedings.
Legal Research and Drafting
The role will provide practical experience in legal drafting and the preparation of litigation-related work.

Litigation Strategy
Interns will gain exposure to legal strategy in the context of ongoing disputes.
