About the Internship
Asraya Legal is inviting applications for its Long-Term Internship Programme for law students seeking meaningful exposure to legal practice and professional training in a law firm environment.
The internship is designed to help students build a strong foundation in commercial litigation, arbitration, corporate advisory, and regulatory law, while working closely with the firm’s team on active matters and client mandates.
Areas of Exposure
Selected interns may assist with:
Litigation & Dispute Resolution
- Legal research and case strategy
- Commercial litigation matters
- Arbitration and dispute resolution work
- Court and tribunal-related assignments, wherever required
Drafting & Advisory Work
- Drafting pleadings, applications, and legal notices
- Assisting in preparation of legal opinions
- Legal documentation and matter support
Corporate & Regulatory Practice
- Corporate advisory assignments
- Regulatory compliance work
- Commercial legal research and analysis
Eligibility Criteria
Applications are invited from:
- 3rd Year students of a 3-Year LL.B. programme
- 4th and 5th Year students of a 5-Year Integrated Law programme
The firm is looking for candidates with:
- Strong legal research skills
- Good drafting and writing abilities
- Attention to detail
- Professional work ethic
- Interest in commercial disputes and corporate law
Mode
This is an in-person internship.
