Advocate Arnav Goyal is a practising advocate appearing before the Hon’ble High Courts of Delhi, Rajasthan and Bombay, along with various district courts. He specialises in the practice of Intellectual Property Rights litigation, ADR and Cyber Laws.
About the Opportunity
Advocate Arnav Goyal is currently looking to welcome a passionate law intern to join the team for a long-term internship. As the team will be working closely on real, ongoing cases, he is looking for someone who can commit to a long-term role and is excited to dive deep into the practical side of the law.
The internship offers final-year students a chance to work on live intellectual property matters under the guidance of a practising advocate, building skills that go beyond classroom learning.
Duration
This is a long-term internship opportunity.
Location
The internship will be based at Jaipur, Rajasthan.
Roles & Responsibilities
Interns will get hands-on experience with the following areas of intellectual property practice:
- Trademark Prosecution, including filing applications, drafting oppositions, and responding to examination reports.
- Copyright & Design Act matters.
- Real-world IP Litigation and case preparation.
Eligibility Criteria
- Final-year law students with a love for Intellectual Property and an already solid foundation in IP laws.
