About the Opportunity
Case Matters Legal Services is offering a hybrid legal internship for law students interested in arbitration and civil litigation. The internship is designed to provide practical experience in legal research, drafting, contract review, and dispute-related work.
Interns will assist with work relating to arbitration and civil litigation, including legal drafting and documentation.
Mode
The internship will be conducted in hybrid mode.
Location
The internship is based in Delhi NCR.
Working Hours
The working hours will be from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
Joining
The expected joining window is October or November.

Roles & Responsibilities
Legal Drafting
- Draft notices, pleadings, affidavits, and final argument synopses.
- Draft, vet, and redline contracts and agreements.
Arbitration Support
- Assist in preparing applications and replies under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act.
- Support arbitration-related legal matters.
Legal Research
- Conduct legal research relating to arbitration and civil litigation.
- Assist with legal research on issues arising in arbitration and civil litigation.
