About the Opportunity
AKS Partners is inviting applications for its September 2026 Internship Programme. Selected interns will have the opportunity to work with the firm’s legal teams and gain practical exposure to corporate and dispute resolution matters while assisting in legal research, drafting, and other assignments.
Duration
The internship will be conducted during September 2026.
Mode
The internship will be conducted in offline mode from the firm’s New Delhi office.
Location
The selected interns will be required to work from the firm’s New Delhi office.
Eligibility Criteria
Applicants should:
- Be 4th or 5th-year students of a five-year integrated law programme.
- Or be 3rd-year students of a three-year LL.B. programme.

Interns may be assigned work relating to:
- Dispute Resolution
- Insolvency & Restructuring
- Technology Laws (Data Privacy, Artificial Intelligence, Blockchain, etc.)
- General Corporate Advisory
- Mergers & Acquisitions
- Private Equity
- Venture Capital
- External Commercial Borrowing
- Franchising
- Securities Litigation & Enforcement
Roles & Responsibilities
Legal Research
- Conduct legal research on assigned matters.
- Assist the team in analysing legal issues across different practice areas.
Drafting
- Assist in preparing legal drafts, notes, and other legal documentation.
Team Support
- Work with the firm’s legal teams on ongoing matters and other assignments entrusted during the internship.
