Roles and Responsibilities
The intern will:
- Prepare, review and modify legal documents and contracts supporting business functions.
- Support compliance controls relating to legal requirements and internal policies.
- Assist with legal operations, contract execution and invoice processing.
- Research legal issues that could affect the company.
- Prepare monthly and quarterly legal department reports.
- Maintain management information systems for contracts and intellectual property rights.
