Eligibility Criteria
Candidates should have:
- Two to three years’ PQE, with experience at a Tier 1 or Tier 2 law firm.
- Experience advising clients on technology-related matters.
- Strong drafting skills, commercial acumen and attention to detail.
- An understanding of commercial and technical concepts.
- An interest in how technology businesses operate.
Exposure to the DPDPA and GDPR will be an added advantage.

Roles and Responsibilities
The role will involve:
- Drafting and negotiating technology contracts, including SaaS, cloud, software licensing, IT outsourcing, Master Services Agreements and Service Level Agreements.
- Advising on intellectual property ownership, licensing and assignment arrangements for technology products and platforms.
- Advising on the IT Act, intermediary rules, AI governance and emerging technology regulations.
- Supporting data protection advisory work under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act (DPDPA) and GDPR.
- Working directly with technology companies across different stages of business growth.
Location
The listed locations are Bengaluru and Delhi NCR.
Work Mode
A remote arrangement may be available depending on the candidate’s experience.
