About the Opportunity

Selected interns will assist with litigation assignments, coordinate with counsel and work on legal documents across disputes and property matters. The opportunity requires prior internship experience in commercial litigation before the Bombay High Court and conveyancing.

Eligibility Criteria

Applicants must:

• Be final-year students of a three-year law programme, or fourth- or fifth-year students of a five-year law programme.
• Be based in Mumbai.
• Have prior internship experience in commercial litigation at the Bombay High Court and conveyancing work.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Assist with litigation work and coordinate with counsel.
• Draft praecipes, petitions, legal notices and related documents.
• Draft and vet deeds of transfer and release deeds.
• Assist with drafting wills, lease agreements, and leave and licence agreements.
