About the Internship
The Legal Intern will support commercial contracting and routine legal activities within an IT services and cloud business. The role involves reviewing agreements, identifying contractual risks and coordinating with internal teams to support contract closure.
Eligibility Criteria
Applicants should meet the following requirements:
- Be a final-year law student or have zero to one year of relevant legal experience.
- Have a strong interest in corporate and commercial contracts and technology law.
- Understand basic contract law.
- Possess strong drafting, analytical and communication skills.
- Demonstrate attention to detail and the ability to work within tight timelines.
Prior exposure to contract review and redlining will be an advantage.

Roles and Responsibilities
The selected intern will:
- Review, vet and redline NDAs, Master Services Agreements, Statements of Work and other commercial contracts.
- Assist in reviewing Requests for Proposals, tenders, work orders and bid documents.
- Identify contractual risks involving liability, indemnity, intellectual property, confidentiality, data protection, payment terms, termination and service-level agreements.
- Prepare contract summaries, negotiation comments and deviation trackers.
- Conduct legal research on applicable laws and contractual issues.
- Coordinate with Business, Finance, Procurement and other internal teams for contract closure.
- Maintain contract records and support routine legal and compliance activities.

The internship offers practical exposure to commercial contracting in an IT services and cloud business. Interns will learn about contract negotiation, risk identification, RFP review, data protection and technology agreements.
