Eligibility Criteria

- Strong foundational knowledge of the Indian Contract Act and commercial law.
- Clear and precise legal drafting skills.
- Attention to detail.
- The ability to prepare drafts promptly.
- Clear communication skills and the ability to write without unnecessary legal jargon.
Roles and Responsibilities
The selected intern will:
- Draft, review and standardise client and vendor agreements, NDAs and MoUs.
- Assist in structuring commercial terms and intellectual property clauses for software and prototyping projects.
- Maintain and organise internal contract templates and compliance checklists.

Duration and Mode
The internship will run for three months and will be conducted remotely.
Stipend
The selected intern will receive a stipend of ₹5,000 per month.
