About the Internship
RapidClaims is looking for a legal intern interested in corporate law, commercial transactions and regulatory compliance. The intern will support the company’s legal and compliance functions and work on commercial contracts and internal legal processes.

Roles and Responsibilities
The selected intern will:
- Assist with corporate, transactional and regulatory compliance matters.
- Draft and review commercial contracts, agreements and corporate documents.
- Conduct legal research and prepare concise legal memos.
- Help maintain statutory records and support filings and internal legal processes.
- Organise and update legal documents and corporate records.
- Coordinate with internal teams on legal requirements.
- Handle confidential information and legal documents professionally.
- Stay updated on developments in corporate law, regulatory compliance, data privacy and technology-related legal matters.
Eligibility Criteria
Applicants must:
- Be in the fourth or fifth year of a five-year integrated law programme.
- Have completed at least two internships in corporate law, preferably at law firms.
- Have strong legal research, drafting and analytical skills.
- Have good written communication skills and attention to detail.
- Be able to handle confidential information professionally.
- Be comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented startup environment.
Duration and Mode
The internship is for two months. Candidates can work in-office in Bengaluru or remotely.
Stipend
The internship is paid.
