About the Opportunity
The recruitment drive covers Associate and Senior Associate positions in Delhi, Kolkata, Mumbai, and Bengaluru. Only candidates currently working with law firms will be considered.
Location
The positions are available in Delhi, Kolkata, Mumbai, and Bengaluru.
Eligibility Criteria
- Delhi: Candidates with 2–4 years of post-qualification experience (PQE) for an Associate position.
- Kolkata: Candidates with 2–4 years of PQE for an Associate position. Speaking proficiency in Bengali is preferred.
- Mumbai: Candidates with 5–7 years of PQE for a Senior Associate position.
- Bengaluru: Candidates with 3–5 years of PQE for an Associate or Senior Associate position. Kannada proficiency is mandatory.
- Candidates must currently be working with a law firm.
Roles & Responsibilities
Civil and Commercial Litigation
- Handle civil and commercial litigation matters relevant to the position and location.
Arbitration
- Handle arbitration-related matters as part of the dispute resolution practice.
