Eligibility Criteria
- Candidates must hold an LL.B. or B.A. LL.B. degree from a recognised university.
- Candidates with 0–2 years of experience may apply.
- Freshers with relevant litigation experience may also apply.
- Candidates should possess strong legal research and drafting skills.
- Candidates should have a good understanding of litigation procedures and excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Candidates should be able to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Prior litigation or chamber experience will be an advantage.
Roles & Responsibilities
Legal Research and Drafting
- Conduct legal research and case law analysis.
- Draft petitions, applications, legal notices, replies, and other pleadings.
- Prepare case briefs, summaries, and legal opinions.
Litigation Support
- Assist with matters before the Delhi High Court, District Courts, and other forums.
- Attend court proceedings and assist with case preparation.
- Support senior advocates and coordinate on legal matters.
