Lawssistance is inviting motivated law students to join its Corporate Practice team for a two-month internship. The opportunity is designed for students interested in corporate law who want to develop practical legal skills in a professional law firm setting.

About the Internship
The internship will run during November and December 2026 and will be conducted offline. Selected interns will receive a stipend, and a certificate will be provided upon successful completion.
Roles and Responsibilities
Interns will conduct legal research, undertake content writing and assist with drafting agreements and legal memoranda.
Eligibility Criteria
Applicants should have a basic understanding of the Companies Act, 2013, and an interest in corporate law. Candidates should also be proficient in MS Word and possess strong communication skills and discipline.
