About the Opportunity
Skillbee is looking for a motivated Legal Intern to join its team. The role involves working on contracts, conducting legal research, analysing contractual clauses, and maintaining legal documentation.
Roles & Responsibilities
Contract Drafting and Review
- Draft and review contracts, agreements, memoranda of understanding (MOUs), non-disclosure agreements (NDAs), and other legal documents.
- Conduct legal research and analyse contractual clauses.
Legal Correspondence
- Assist in preparing legal notices, emails, and formal correspondence.
Legal Documentation
- Maintain legal records and documentation.
Eligibility Criteria
Applicants should meet the following requirements:

- Be currently pursuing an LL.B. or an equivalent law degree.
- Have a good understanding of contract law and legal drafting.
- Possess strong research, analytical, and written communication skills.
- Be proficient in MS Word and Excel.
- Demonstrate attention to detail and a willingness to learn.
