About the Opportunity

Airbound is seeking a Compliance & Legal Intern to support corporate governance, domestic and international regulatory compliance, legal documentation and investor relations. The internship involves corporate secretarial work, foreign investment reporting and documentation for the company’s US holding entity, alongside drone and aviation regulatory matters.

Location and Work Schedule

The internship is based at Airbound’s headquarters in Hoskote, Bengaluru, Karnataka. It is an in-office role with working alternate Saturdays.

Stipend and Benefits

Eligibility Criteria

• CS Professional or LL.B., as stated in the vacancy.
• Basic understanding of corporate law, commercial contracts and regulatory compliance.
• Strong legal research, drafting, analytical and organisational skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
• Attention to detail, professional integrity and the ability to handle confidential information.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Assist with Companies Act, 2013 compliance, MCA filings, Board documentation, statutory registers, share capital transactions and corporate records.
• Support FEMA and RBI compliance, foreign investment reporting, FDI/ODI matters and cross-border investment documentation.
• Assist with governance, statutory records, Board and shareholder approvals and compliance documentation for the US holding company.
• Support DGCA, Digital Sky, AAI NOC and UAS certification documentation and applicable drone and aviation regulations.
• Draft and review NDAs, commercial agreements, MoUs, consultancy agreements and vendor contracts.
• Assist with investor documentation, cap table maintenance, share issuances and transfers, SAFE/financing documents and ESOP administration.
• Help draft policies and SOPs, conduct legal research, track regulatory developments and maintain compliance calendars and document repositories.
