About the Opportunity
Investory is accepting applications for its Legal & Regulatory Research Internship Programme. Interns will contribute to live projects involving legal research, regulatory analysis, corporate governance and compliance-related matters. The programme involves substantive work and outputs used by the team, rather than observation alone.
Responsibilities will increase over the four months, with interns taking growing ownership of defined workstreams under light supervision. The programme provides practical exposure to real client projects while developing research, analytical and professional capabilities.

- Strong research capabilities, initiative and sound judgement.
- Attention to detail and the ability to work independently.
- Time-management skills and willingness to take ownership of assigned tasks.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Research corporate governance, regulatory developments and relevant legal frameworks.
- Review and summarise legal, regulatory and compliance-related documents.
- Research capital markets regulations, corporate disclosure requirements and governance standards.
- Monitor regulatory developments across the UAE, GCC and international markets.
- Prepare legal and regulatory research notes, briefings and internal reference materials.
- Assist with reviewing corporate policies, governance structures and publicly available regulatory disclosures.
- Conduct comparative research on legal and regulatory frameworks across jurisdictions.
