Legal Jobs | Associate / Senior Associate Hiring at Thrivus Partners [Locations- New Delhi, Bengaluru & Mumbai] Apply Now!

4 Min Read

Thrivus Partners is inviting applications for multiple Associate and Senior Associate positions in its corporate advisory and transactional team across three Indian cities.

About Thrivus Partners

Thrivus Partners offers talent lifecycle management for organizations that care about the right talent, alignment, and long-term value.

Most hiring models stop at acquisition. That is exactly where time-to-value begins to slip. Roles are defined carefully, searches conducted thoughtfully — yet talent fails to deliver the expected impact. The real problem isn’t hiring. It’s what happens after: onboarding left undefined, KRAs not aligned, integration left to chance, and early misalignment that compounds over time.

Thrivus goes beyond placement. We operate across the full talent lifecycle through three stages:

HIRE — Strategic Acquisition: Moving beyond filling seats to identifying elite talent that fits your specific organizational DNA and growth stage, evaluated on technical capability, cultural alignment, and growth potential.

ALIGN — The 90-Day Value Accelerator: Mapping the onboarding process to align individual goals to your corporate vision — ensuring the new hire contributes momentum from day one, not month six.

THRIVE — Organizational Momentum: Turning a placement into a permanent competitive advantage through continued involvement, shared accountability, and lifecycle partnership.
