Eligibility Criteria
Applicants should meet the following requirements:
- Be a law student or recent law graduate.
- Possess strong legal research and drafting skills.
- Communicate clearly and confidently.
- Be able to explain research findings and present ideas in a structured manner.
- Have prior exposure to the Digital Personal Data Protection (DPDP) Act or the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR); this will be an advantage.
Roles and Responsibilities
Privacy Assessments
Assist with privacy gap assessments and related compliance work.
Legal Research
Conduct research on assigned legal and data privacy issues.
Compliance Support
Assist with other legal and compliance tasks assigned during the internship.
Presentations and Communication
Present findings and explain ideas clearly during discussions and presentations.
