About the Opportunity
King Stubb & Kasiva is inviting applications for Senior Associate and Associate positions in its Real Estate & Infrastructure Finance practice.
The role involves work across real estate transactions, title due diligence, infrastructure financing, RERA compliance and civil litigation.
Positions & Experience
- Senior Associate: 2–4 years of PQE
- Associate: 0–1 year of PQE
Qualification
Candidates should have a B.A. LL.B. degree from a reputed law school.
Location
The positions are based in New Delhi.

Title Due Diligence
The selected candidates will conduct title searches and title investigations and prepare title search reports.
Real Estate Transactions
The role involves drafting, reviewing and negotiating real estate contracts, including:
- Joint Development Agreements
- Lease Deeds
- Gift Deeds
- Mortgage Deeds
Real Estate & Infrastructure Financing
Associates will work on drafting and reviewing loan and facility agreements and assist with advising on and documenting infrastructure financing transactions.
RERA Compliance
The role includes reviewing RERA-related documents and filings.
Civil Litigation
Candidates will also be involved in handling civil disputes.
