Roles & Responsibilities

• Assist in corporate secretarial work, compliance and legal documentation.
• Support in Board Meetings, resolutions and statutory filings.
• Assist with ROC and other regulatory filings.
• Handle documentation and other legal activities under supervision.
• Support day-to-day corporate compliance activities.

Eligibility Criteria

• Must have completed both groups of CS
• Strong attention to detail and good communication skills
• Candidates available for a 21-month internship preferred
• Candidates based in Delhi/NCR or willing to relocate to Delhi
