Submission Categories
Full Paper
Full papers may be 12โ15 pages and should present complete original research with methodology, results and conclusions.
Short Paper
Short papers may be 6โ11 pages and may present concise research or focused findings.
Work-in-Progress
Work-in-progress papers may be 6โ11 pages and may address ongoing research with preliminary progress or results.
Poster
Posters may be used for visual presentations of research, problems and methodology.
Demo Paper
Demo papers may be 6โ11 pages and may present systems, software, prototypes or technological demonstrations.
Industry Track
Industry-track submissions may be 4โ8 pages and may address industry applications, case studies or professional experiences.
Survey/Review Paper
Survey or review papers may be 6โ15 pages and should provide a review and synthesis of existing research.
Submission Guidelines
Submissions should be original, previously unpublished and relevant to the scope of the selected conference.
Authors are instructed to submit through Microsoft CMT by creating or logging into their account, selecting the relevant ETLTC conference, entering the paper title, abstract, authors and keywords, uploading the manuscript or extended abstract and selecting the appropriate submission category.
An extended abstract of approximately 500 words may serve as the minimum submission requirement for author-presenters in applicable conferences.
Papers may be subject to anonymous review. Authors must follow the applicable formatting requirements and plagiarism and research-integrity requirements. ETLTC materials refer to iThenticate or Turnitin for similarity and originality checks.
Publication
Depending on the topic, scope, quality, review results and publisher requirements, proceedings may be published through AIP Proceedings, MDPI Engineering Proceedings, the IGI Book series, SHS Web of Conferences or other Scopus-indexed journals recommended by the organisers.
Publication is subject to editorial, peer-review and publisher requirements and is not automatically guaranteed merely because a paper has been accepted for presentation.
Processing Charges
The fee for participants affiliated with Indian universities and paying domestically in India through wire transfer, without using the EDAS credit card system, is INR 16,000.

Application Procedure
Interested authors should submit their papers through the designated Microsoft CMT submission system for the relevant ETLTC conference.
Authors should ensure that their submissions are original, fall within the relevant conference scope, comply with the applicable submission category and page limits, and meet the anonymous-review and research-integrity requirements where applicable.
The deadline for first draft submission is 22 December 2026.
At least one author generally needs to register and present accepted work under the relevant conferenceโs participation rules. Authors should complete registration after acceptance and subsequently submit the camera-ready version through the designated system.
