- Candidates pursuing CS Executive.

Roles & Responsibilities
Corporate Compliance
- Assist with secretarial and Companies Act compliances.
- Work on statutory registers, filings, and corporate compliance activities.
- Assist with compliance requirements across holding and subsidiary companies.
Corporate Governance
- Assist with board and shareholder-related compliances and documentation.
- Gain exposure to day-to-day corporate governance and compliance processes.
ESG
- Assist with ESG data collection, reporting, and compliance initiatives.
