About the Opportunity
The India Internship Programme provides selected students with a three-week summer vacation scheme at HSF Kramer’s London office. Participants will rotate through two practice areas and work on matters for global clients.
During the programme, interns will share an office with a supervisor, attend workshops and presentations to develop their legal skills, and participate in social events with other students and trainee associates.
After completing the vacation scheme, participants will be considered for a place on the Trainee Associate Programme.
Duration
The internship programme will run for three weeks.
Start Date
The scheme will take place between June and July 2028.

The programme will be conducted in person at HSF Kramer’s London office.

Selected candidates will receive £500 per week during the programme.

Application Procedure
Interested candidates may apply through the HSF Kramer application process.
Step 1: Application Form
Candidates will complete an online application form covering their academic achievements, relevant work experience and three written questions based on their legal knowledge and interests. A CV is not required.
Step 2: Online Test
The online test assesses situational judgement and personality or behavioural traits. The questions are based on situations candidates are likely to encounter as trainee associates at HSF Kramer. The test takes approximately 30–40 minutes and can be completed at the candidate’s own pace.
Step 3: Live Video Interview
Shortlisted candidates will participate in a live video interview focusing on their motivation for working at HSF Kramer and how they would use their network to promote the firm’s opportunities.
Step 4: Assessment Day
The assessment day includes interviews concerning candidates’ motivation for working at HSF Kramer, along with a case study and scenario-based tasks designed to assess their ability to think on their feet.
