About the Opportunity
SS LAW Partners is inviting applications for a full-time, on-site Legal Internship at its New Delhi office. The internship is for candidates available for immediate joining.
Selected interns will assist with litigation matters, conduct legal research and case analysis, draft legal documents, and gain exposure to proceedings before the Supreme Court of India and various High Courts.
Mode
The internship will be conducted on a full-time, on-site basis.
Location
The internship will be based at B-5, Ground Floor, Jangpura Extension, New Delhi – 110014.
Eligibility Criteria
- Students in the 3rd, 4th, or 5th year of a five-year LL.B. programme may apply.
- Final-year students of a three-year LL.B. programme may apply.
- Fresh law graduates may apply.
- Candidates should demonstrate punctuality, a professional attitude, and willingness to learn.
Roles & Responsibilities
Litigation Support
Interns will assist with litigation matters before the Supreme Court of India and various High Courts.
Legal Research and Case Analysis
Interns will conduct legal research and assist with analysis of cases and applicable laws.
Legal Drafting
Interns will assist with drafting legal documents, petitions, applications, and brief summaries.
Court Exposure
Interns will attend court visits and observe judicial proceedings as part of their practical litigation exposure.
Practice Areas
Interns will receive exposure to Criminal, Civil, Banking, and Insurance laws.
