Adv. Prithvi is an independent legal practitioner appearing before various judicial and quasi-judicial forums, including the Bombay High Court, National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT), Debt Recovery Tribunal (DRT), Real Estate Regulatory Authority (RERA), Consumer Forums, and the City Civil & Sessions Court.
The internship is intended for law students and recent graduates who wish to gain practical exposure by working directly with an independent practitioner. Selected interns will be involved in research, drafting, client-related work, and litigation support across diverse practice areas.
About the Opportunity
Adv. Prithvi is inviting applications for a Legal Intern to assist with a variety of litigation and advisory matters. The internship provides an opportunity to work closely with an independent lawyer and gain practical exposure to legal practice across multiple forums.
Selected interns will assist with legal research, drafting, case preparation, and client-related work while observing the day-to-day functioning of litigation practice. The internship also offers opportunities to attend court proceedings, hearings, and client meetings, allowing interns to develop practical advocacy and legal drafting skills.
The position is ideal for candidates interested in civil litigation, commercial disputes, contracts, arbitration, and tribunal practice. Since the internship requires an immediate joining, interested candidates are encouraged to apply as soon as possible.

Roles & Responsibilities
Legal Research
- Conduct legal research on matters assigned by the advocate.
Drafting
- Assist in drafting legal documents, pleadings, and other legal submissions.
Litigation Support
- Assist with case preparation and general litigation-related work.
Court & Client Exposure
- Appear before courts, tribunals, and forums as required.
- Attend client meetings and court hearings to gain practical exposure.
