The internship provides law students with practical exposure to litigation and advisory work before various judicial and quasi-judicial forums.
About the Opportunity
RSA Law Consultants is accepting applications for legal interns for August and September 2026. Selected interns will work with the firm’s legal team and gain hands-on experience in corporate and commercial litigation, arbitration, insolvency matters, and corporate advisory.
The internship is conducted in offline mode and offers practical exposure to proceedings before the NCLT, NCLAT, and the Delhi High Court.

The internship will be based at the firm’s office in Defence Colony, New Delhi.
Practice Areas
The internship will provide exposure to:
- Corporate and Commercial Litigation
- Arbitration
- Insolvency Law
- Corporate Advisory
- Proceedings before the NCLT, NCLAT, and Delhi High Court
Eligibility Criteria
- Law students in the third, fourth, or fifth year of the five-year LL.B. programme.
- Final-year students of the three-year LL.B. programme.
- Candidates should possess strong legal research and drafting skills.
- Prior internship experience in similar practice areas will be an added advantage.
Roles & Responsibilities
Legal Research
- Conduct legal research on assigned matters.
Drafting
- Assist with legal drafting and preparation of legal documents.
Litigation Support
- Assist the team in corporate and commercial litigation matters.
- Support work relating to arbitration and insolvency proceedings before the NCLT, NCLAT, and Delhi High Court.
Corporate Advisory
- Assist with corporate advisory assignments undertaken by the firm.
