About the Opportunity
3Sixty Law Group is inviting applications for the position of Trainee Associate/Associate – Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM). The selected candidate will join the firm’s General Corporate & Contract Lifecycle Management practice and assist clients throughout the contract lifecycle, including drafting, review, negotiation, execution, administration, and post-execution contract management.
Mode
The position is full-time and on-site.
Location
The selected candidate will be required to work from the firm’s Gurugram office.
Eligibility Criteria
Applicants should:
- Hold an LL.B. degree.
- Have 0–2 years of experience in corporate, commercial, or contract-related practice.
- Possess strong legal research, drafting, and contract review skills.
- Have a good understanding of commercial agreements and contract management processes.
- Be capable of managing multiple assignments with attention to detail.
- Demonstrate a proactive, process-oriented, and team-focused approach.
- Familiarity with legal technology or Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) platforms will be an added advantage.
Roles & Responsibilities
Contract Lifecycle Management
- Assist clients throughout the contract lifecycle, including drafting, review, negotiation, execution, administration, and post-execution management of commercial contracts.
Legal Drafting & Review
- Draft, review, and analyse commercial contracts and related legal documents.
- Conduct legal research and support contract-related advisory work.
Stakeholder Coordination
- Work closely with senior lawyers, clients, procurement teams, legal operations professionals, and business stakeholders.
- Support efficient contract management and contractual compliance.
Process Management
- Assist in streamlining contract management processes.
- Contribute to the effective use of legal technology and CLM platforms.
