About the Opportunity
Solomon & Co. is hiring an Associate to join its Dispute Resolution team in Mumbai. The selected candidate will work on civil and commercial litigation, arbitration matters, and proceedings before courts and tribunals, including matters under the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code (IBC).
The role is intended for advocates with relevant litigation experience who are interested in handling disputes and court proceedings.

Eligibility Criteria
- Candidates should have more than one year of relevant post-qualification experience in civil and commercial litigation and arbitration before courts and tribunals (including NCLT) in or around Mumbai.
- Candidates must be registered with the Bar Council of Maharashtra and Goa.
- Applicants should have experience in drafting pleadings, managing proceedings, handling court and arbitration filings, and exposure to matters under the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code (IBC).
Roles & Responsibilities
Litigation
- Handle civil and commercial litigation matters before courts and tribunals, including the National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT).
Arbitration
- Assist in arbitration proceedings and related filings.
Drafting
- Draft pleadings and other litigation-related documents.
Case Management
- Manage legal proceedings and coordinate court and arbitration filings.
Insolvency & Bankruptcy
- Work on matters relating to the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code (IBC).
