About the Opportunity
Sagar Chandra & Associates is hiring experienced legal professionals for the position of Contract and Litigation Management. The selected candidate will be responsible for managing commercial contracts, intellectual property transactions and litigation, regulatory compliance, and risk mitigation while coordinating with external counsel on litigation matters.

Eligibility Criteria
- Candidates should have 7–12 years of post-qualification experience (PQE).

Roles & Responsibilities
Contract Management
- Draft, review, and negotiate commercial agreements.
Intellectual Property Advisory
- Manage end-to-end intellectual property transactions, including due diligence, structuring, and execution.
- Manage intellectual property portfolios and advise on enforcement and protection strategies.
Litigation Management
- Handle trademark, copyright, and design litigation matters.
- Coordinate with external counsel for filings, hearings, and litigation strategy.
Compliance & Risk Advisory
- Advise on regulatory compliance, internal policies, and risk mitigation strategies.
