About the Internship
This internship offers law students an opportunity to gain practical experience in litigation and dispute resolution. Interns will work on matters relating to arbitration, insolvency, consumer disputes, and commercial litigation while developing core legal skills through research and drafting assignments.
The programme is designed to provide meaningful exposure to legal practice and assist students in understanding the practical aspects of dispute resolution and litigation strategy.

Eligibility Criteria
- Students in the 2nd to 5th year of a 5-year LL.B. programme.
- Students in the 2nd to 3rd year of a 3-year LL.B. programme.
- Applicants must be residing in Delhi NCR.
Roles & Responsibilities
Arbitration & Dispute Resolution
- Assist in matters relating to arbitration proceedings and dispute resolution mechanisms.
- Conduct research on arbitration laws and related legal issues.
Insolvency & Bankruptcy Matters
- Support legal work relating to insolvency and bankruptcy proceedings.
- Assist in preparing research notes and case summaries.
Consumer Law Matters
- Work on consumer law-related assignments and legal research.
- Assist in analysing consumer disputes and relevant legal frameworks.
Commercial Litigation
- Support litigation-related work involving commercial disputes.
- Assist with drafting, case preparation, and legal documentation.
