About Internship
Cosmic Signaling is inviting applications for the position of Legal Intern. The selected candidate will work alongside the company’s legal team and gain hands-on experience in corporate legal matters, startup formation, intellectual property, contract management, and compliance-related work.
This internship is suitable for law students and recent graduates seeking practical exposure to an in-house legal environment and corporate legal operations.
Duration
The internship will run for a minimum period of three months.

This is an in-office internship.

The position is based in Sector 14, Noida.
Stipend / Salary
This is a paid internship.
Eligibility Criteria
- Pursuing LL.B. (4th or 5th year) from a recognised institution; or
- Recently completed LL.B.; or
- Pursuing or recently completed LL.M.
- Strong legal research and drafting skills.
- Ability to work with attention to detail and maintain confidentiality.
Roles & Responsibilities
Contract Drafting & Documentation
- Assist in drafting, reviewing, and maintaining employment agreements, non-disclosure agreements, commercial contracts, and related legal documents.
- Support the legal team in contract management and documentation processes.
Corporate & Shareholder Matters
- Assist in reviewing and preparing shareholder agreements.
- Support corporate legal activities and startup-related legal processes.
Legal Research
- Conduct research on corporate laws, intellectual property rights, and regulatory developments relevant to the business.
- Prepare research notes and legal summaries for internal use.
Compliance & Record Management
- Maintain legal records, contract repositories, compliance documentation, and intellectual property databases.
- Support legal compliance monitoring and documentation requirements.
Stakeholder Coordination
- Coordinate with internal departments including HR, Finance, and Operations on legal and compliance matters.
- Assist in communication with external consultants and advisors where required.
