About the Legal Internship
ideaForge Technology Limited is inviting applications for a paid Legal Internship. The selected intern will work closely with the legal team and support contract management, legal research, compliance tracking, and legal documentation processes.
The internship is designed to provide practical exposure to in-house legal operations while allowing candidates to develop a strong understanding of corporate legal functions and contract administration.
Duration
The internship tenure will be between 3 and 6 months.
Location
The internship is based in Navi Mumbai.
Preference will be given to candidates based in Navi Mumbai.
Stipend
This is a paid internship.
Eligibility Criteria
- Law graduates (LL.B., B.Com. LL.B., or equivalent) are preferred.
- Candidates should be available for immediate joining.
- Prior exposure to Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) tools is highly desirable.
- Basic understanding of contract law and legal drafting is required.
- Knowledge of corporate legal processes will be advantageous.
- Strong analytical, organisational, and communication skills are preferred.
- Candidates should possess a proactive and learning-oriented mindset.
Roles & Responsibilities
Contract Review & Management
- Assist in reviewing agreements and legal documentation.
- Support contract lifecycle management processes.
- Monitor contractual obligations and timelines.
- Assist in maintaining contract-related records and databases.
Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM)
- Upload, track, and monitor agreements through CLM systems.
- Assist in digital execution and management of contracts.
- Maintain agreement trackers and compliance records.
Legal Research
- Conduct legal research on relevant issues and regulatory developments.
- Prepare legal notes, summaries, and research reports.
- Support the legal team in ongoing legal matters.
Compliance & Documentation
- Assist in maintaining compliance trackers.
- Support documentation and administrative functions of the legal department.
- Help ensure timely follow-ups on legal and contractual matters.
Stakeholder Coordination
- Coordinate with internal teams for execution of agreements.
- Support closure and management of NDAs, SLAs, and related contracts.
- Facilitate communication between legal and business teams.
