Eligibility Criteria
Applicants should preferably meet the following requirements:
- Law Graduates (2025 batch preferred)
- Final-year students of 3-year or 5-year LL.B. programmes
- Interest in Banking Laws, RBI Regulations, and SARFAESI Act
- Strong communication, legal drafting, and research skills
- Prior experience in banking or financial advisory matters preferred
- Immediate joiners preferred
Responsibilities
Selected candidates may work on:
- Client counselling and preliminary case evaluation
- Assisting in loan settlement and restructuring matters
- Drafting legal notices, replies, and regulatory representations
- Supporting SARFAESI and arbitration-related matters
- Preparing complaints before RBI and Banking Ombudsman
- Researching RBI circulars and banking compliance frameworks
Duration
This internship will run for 45 days, providing structured exposure to banking and borrower advisory practice.
Stipend
Selected trainees will receive a stipend of ₹5,000 during the training period.
