About the Call for Papers
IJLSSS is currently inviting submissions for Volume 4, Issue 3 (2026). The Editorial Committee has invited original and unpublished manuscripts including research papers, articles, notes, book reviews, legislative comments, and case commentaries on contemporary legal and social science issues.
The journal encourages interdisciplinary and analytical contributions dealing with current legal developments, policy issues, constitutional concerns, technology law, criminal justice, commercial law, international law, governance, and emerging regulatory frameworks.
Authors may select any topic related to law, management, or current socio-legal developments. The journal has also suggested several contemporary research themes for prospective contributors across constitutional law, criminal law, corporate law, intellectual property law, technology law, and international law.
Suggested themes include issues such as judicial review of gubernatorial discretion, right to be forgotten under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, admissibility of deepfake evidence, insolvency of personal guarantors, patentability of AI-generated inventions, regulation of dark patterns, and India’s obligations under international climate frameworks.

Research scholars, academicians, lawyers, law students, and individuals interested in law or social sciences are eligible to submit manuscripts for consideration.

Submission Guidelines
All submissions must be written in English.
The prescribed word limit is between 1,000 and 5,000 words, excluding footnotes and abstract. Authors may include an abstract not exceeding 250 words, although the same is optional.
Submissions must follow any uniform citation format and should be submitted only in Word document format (.doc or .docx). Each submission may have a maximum of three co-authors.
All manuscripts must be original, unpublished, and should not be under consideration before any other journal at the time of submission. Any instance of plagiarism may result in immediate disqualification.
Authors are also required to provide the title of the manuscript, institutional affiliation, year of study, contact number, and email address of all authors along with the submission.

All submissions undergo plagiarism screening and editorial review for originality, quality, and scholarly contribution. Authors may expect review decisions within approximately three to five days of submission.

Publication Fees
