About the Role
Arnifi is expanding its legal team and is hiring a Legal Associate for its Bengaluru office. This is a dynamic role that goes beyond traditional legal responsibilities and offers significant ownership from day one. The position is ideal for candidates who are curious, adaptable, proactive, and eager to grow in a fast-scaling environment.
Eligibility Criteria
Candidates with 1–3 years of experience are preferred. Freshers with strong internship experience are also encouraged to apply. Immediate joiners will be given preference.
Responsibilities
The selected candidate will work on drafting, reviewing, and negotiating corporate and commercial agreements, preparing legal opinions and advisory notes, conducting AML/KYC compliance and due diligence, and handling company incorporation and cross-border documentation.
The role may also involve building legal-tech workflows, automating repetitive legal operations, and contributing to projects at the intersection of law, business, and technology.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience or familiarity with UAE laws and regulations will be an added advantage.
