About the Internship
The selected intern will work on a research project examining the legal, constitutional, and institutional implications of One Nation One Election. The project seeks to study international models of synchronised elections and analyse how different countries structure electoral alignment within their constitutional and political systems.
Interns will conduct country-specific research, review constitutional provisions, statutes, case law, and policy documents, and prepare comparative analytical frameworks. The role requires synthesising large volumes of material into structured policy outputs and identifying legal and institutional lessons relevant to India.
This internship offers meaningful exposure to constitutional law, comparative governance, and legislative reform. It is particularly suited for candidates interested in academic research, policy consulting, public affairs, and constitutional practice.
Eligibility Criteria
Students and recent graduates in law are eligible to apply. Candidates should possess strong legal reasoning, analytical ability, and excellent writing and structuring skills.

This is a hybrid internship.
Duration
The initial duration of the internship is two months. The engagement may be extended based on performance and project requirements.
Stipend
The stipend for this internship is ₹15,000.
