About the Role
The position involves assisting the Company Secretary in managing corporate compliance requirements and regulatory filings with authorities such as the Registrar of Companies (ROC) and the Ministry of Corporate Affairs (MCA). Selected candidates will also support maintenance of statutory registers and documentation in accordance with corporate governance norms.
The role includes assisting with corporate compliance processes and contributing to SME IPO-related activities, making it particularly suitable for candidates seeking hands-on experience in corporate regulatory frameworks and listing support functions.
This position offers practical exposure to compliance workflows, documentation standards, and coordination responsibilities within a professional corporate affairs team.
Eligibility Criteria
Candidates who have completed the CS Executive qualification or an equivalent qualification are eligible to apply. Freshers as well as candidates with up to three years of experience may apply for this position.
Applicants should possess strong knowledge of corporate laws, along with attention to detail, deadline management capabilities, and effective communication and coordination skills.
