About the Internship
This internship is designed for law students seeking foundational exposure to real estate and corporate legal practice. Selected interns will assist the legal team in assignments connected with real estate regulatory compliance and corporate documentation workflows.
Interns will support work relating to contractual matters, including review of agreements and documentation governed by principles of contract law. Exposure will also include assistance on matters involving the Real Estate (Regulation and Development) Act and proceedings under the Negotiable Instruments Act, enabling interns to develop familiarity with regulatory and dispute-related frameworks relevant to commercial transactions.
The internship provides an opportunity to strengthen drafting skills and develop practical understanding of documentation processes commonly followed in real estate advisory and corporate legal environments.
Eligibility Criteria
Students currently in the fourth or fifth year of a law degree programme are eligible to apply. Applicants should possess a foundational understanding of contract law, the Real Estate (Regulation and Development) Act, and the Negotiable Instruments Act, along with basic drafting skills.
