About the Internship
This internship is designed for law students seeking practical exposure to court practice and litigation strategy across varied subject areas. Selected interns will assist in preparing case briefs and research notes connected with matters handled by the chambers.
Interns will also have the opportunity to attend and observe court proceedings before the Supreme Court of India and the Delhi High Court, enabling them to understand procedural aspects of litigation at higher judicial forums. The role further includes conducting in-depth legal research on diverse questions of law arising in ongoing matters.
Through structured drafting support and research assignments, interns will gain familiarity with litigation workflows involving arbitration disputes, insolvency proceedings, taxation matters, and land acquisition cases.
Eligibility Criteria
Law students in the fourth or fifth year of a five-year LL.B. programme or in the final year of a three-year LL.B. programme are eligible to apply. Applicants should demonstrate a genuine interest in litigation practice and possess strong legal research and drafting skills.
