Mode of Internship
The internship will be conducted in two modes:
Physical Internship
The physical internship will take place at the office of Advocate Akshay Bhambri in Delhi. Interns will have the opportunity to visit courts, assist in case preparation, and work closely with the litigation team.
Virtual Internship
The virtual internship allows students from across India to participate remotely. Interns will be assigned research and drafting tasks and will communicate with the office through online platforms.
Stipend
- Physical Internship: Stipend provided
- Virtual Internship: No stipend
Even though the virtual internship does not provide a stipend, it offers valuable legal training and professional exposure.
Eligibility Criteria
Applicants must satisfy the following requirements:
- Must be an LL.B. student from a recognised university
- Should possess basic legal research and drafting skills
- Must have knowledge of core legal subjects and procedural law
- Demonstrate professional ethics and punctuality
- Possess good communication skills
- Basic knowledge of MS Word and legal research databases
Students who are interested in litigation practice, cyber law, or criminal law are particularly encouraged to apply.
