The INC Legal Fellows Programme is a 3-month fellowship designed for young law graduates who wish to engage with legislative work, public policy research, and governance in India.
Selected fellows will work closely with Members of Parliament and assist in various policy and legislative tasks including research on bills, parliamentary questions, and monitoring developments impacting governance and rights.
The fellowship aims to develop legal professionals with a strong understanding of constitutional processes and policymaking.

Role of the Legal Fellow
Selected fellows will assist MPs in important legislative and policy tasks such as:

- Drafting parliamentary questions, interventions, and debate briefs
- Monitoring key legal and policy developments
