About the Internship
Trayambak is looking for enthusiastic Legal and Technical IPR Interns for the February and March 2026 window. This is an on-site opportunity designed to move beyond theory and into the practical execution of IP protection.
Interns are mentored by professionals who handle the complexities of the Indian IP Office (IP India). Whether you are interested in the artistic side (Copyright), the branding side (Trademarks), or the innovative side (Patents), this internship provides a 360-degree view of the IPR domain.
Key Responsibilities
Selected interns will be involved in the core pillars of IP practice:
- Search & Analytics: Conducting exhaustive Trademark, Patent, and Copyright searches to determine the novelty and registrability of assets.
- IP Filing: Learning the procedural nuances of filing applications through the official IP India portals.
- Prosecution: Assisting in drafting Replies to Examination Reports (FERs) and preparing for hearings before the Registrar.
- Drafting: Developing technical and legal documentation, including Patent specifications and Trademark user affidavits.
- Documentation: Managing case records and ensuring strict adherence to statutory timelines.
