About the Internship
The Chambers is inviting applications for the February, March, and April 2026 batches. This is an in-office, physical internship located in Ahmedabad, designed to be an intensive immersion into the world of litigation.
Selected interns are not just researchers; they are integral to the case-cycle. You will be tasked with finding the “needle in the haystack” during research, assisting in the drafting of petitions, and learning how to manage case files for high-priority hearings. The proximity to the Gujarat High Court ensures ample opportunities for court visits and observation of senior advocates in action.
Key Responsibilities
Interns will be expected to contribute across various stages of litigation:
- Legal Research: Using SCC Online and Manupatra to identify binding precedents and emerging legal trends.
- Appellate Drafting: Assisting in drafting Writ Petitions, Special Leave Petitions (SLPs), and Memorandums of Appeal.
- Case Preparation: Preparing “List of Dates,” chronologies, and case briefs to assist counsel during oral arguments.
- Court Observation: Attending hearings at the High Court of Gujarat to observe court etiquette and the art of mentioning.
