About the Opportunity

Waterfront Constructions Pvt. Ltd. has invited applications for two Legal Intern positions at its Head Office in Pune. The internship offers a stipend, an opportunity based on performance for a pre-placement offer (PPO), and immediate joining, making it suitable for candidates looking to build practical corporate law experience across Corporate Law, IPR, Trademarks, Copyrights and Registrations.

Number of Positions

There are 2 Legal Intern positions available.

Duration

The internship will run for a period of 1 to 3 months.

Stipend

The stipend is Rs. 5,000 to Rs. 10,000 per month.

Start Date

The joining is immediate.

Eligibility Criteria

• Students in their 4th and 5th year of BBA LL.B. (Hons.).
• Prior internship experience in Corporate Law, IPR, Trademarks, Copyrights, Registrations and related legal matters.
• Ability to draft legal documents and details in Marathi is mandatory.
• Originality in thought, an inquisitive mindset and strong analytical abilities.
• Ability to think independently and conduct research across diverse legal and business contexts.
• Proactive, quick to learn and willing to take ownership of their work.

Roles & Responsibilities

The key skills and work areas for the interns are:

• Legal research.
• Legal drafting.
• Document review.
• Legal and policy research.
