About the Opportunity
Vahura is seeking a Commercial Contracts / Contract Management professional with 2–6 years of experience. The role involves reviewing, drafting and negotiating commercial contracts, particularly agreements with US customers and vendors.
The selected candidate will work on a range of commercial agreements, including Master Services Agreements (MSAs), Statements of Work (SOWs), SaaS and Software License Agreements, Business Associate Agreements (BAAs), Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs) and Requests for Proposals (RFPs).
Mode
The position will be offered in remote mode.
Practice Areas
The role focuses on commercial contracts and contract management, with exposure to US customer and vendor agreements.
Eligibility Criteria
- Candidates should have 2–6 years of experience.
- Candidates should have strong experience in reviewing, drafting and negotiating commercial contracts.
- Candidates should have experience with US customer and vendor agreements, including MSAs, SOWs, SaaS/Software License Agreements, BAAs, NDAs and RFPs.
- Hands-on experience with CLM platforms and AI-enabled contract review tools is highly preferred.
- Exposure to the US Healthcare or Revenue Cycle Management industry will be an added advantage.

Commercial Contracts
The selected candidate will review, draft and negotiate commercial contracts, particularly agreements involving US customers and vendors.
Contract Management
The candidate will handle contract management activities involving commercial agreements and related documentation.
Contract Review
The role will involve working on MSAs, SOWs, SaaS and Software License Agreements, BAAs, NDAs and RFPs.
Legal Technology
The candidate may work with Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) platforms and AI-enabled contract review tools. Hands-on experience with these tools is highly preferred.
