About the Opportunity

upGrad is seeking a Legal Intern to join its Study Abroad Legal Team in Noida. The internship is work from office and offers hands-on exposure to the legal issues that arise in a global education business. The intern will work closely with the business and legal teams on contracts, international partnerships, regulatory compliance and stakeholder support.

Noida, Uttar Pradesh.

Stipend

A stipend will be provided as per industry standards.

Eligibility Criteria

• Students in the 4th or 5th year of a five-year integrated law course.
• Students in the 2nd or 3rd year of a three-year LL.B. course.
• Candidates should have a keen interest in commercial or in-house legal work, strong research and drafting skills, and comfort working in a fast-paced environment.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Support cross-border contracts and international partnerships.
• Assist with data privacy and regulatory compliance matters.
• Conduct legal research and analysis.
• Assist with contract drafting and review.
• Support stakeholder advisory and business-facing legal work.
