About the Opportunity
TrustLaw Associates LLP is inviting applications from experienced professionals for the position of Associate – Loan Settlement & ADR. The role focuses on loan and debt settlement and alternative dispute resolution and does not involve litigation or court work.
Working Hours
The position follows a six-day working schedule from 10:00 AM to 6:30 PM.
Location
The position is based in Mayur Vihar Phase 1, New Delhi.
Salary
The compensation for the position is ₹2.5–3.5 LPA.
Eligibility Criteria
- Candidates should have proven prior experience in loan or debt settlement.
- Strong negotiation skills are required.
- Candidates should have strong communication skills.
Roles & Responsibilities
Loan and Debt Settlement
The Associate will work on loan and debt settlement matters, using prior experience in the field to assist with settlement-related engagements.
Alternative Dispute Resolution
The role involves ADR-based resolution of loan-related matters and does not include litigation or court work.
Negotiation and Communication
Strong negotiation and communication skills will be important for handling settlement discussions and related professional interactions.
