About the Competition

The Alternative Dispute Resolution Society of Thakur Ramnarayan College of Law is organising Pactum Concorde 2.0, the second edition of its Inter-Collegiate Mediation Competition. Participants will practise principled negotiation, active listening, strategic communication and collaborative dispute resolution. The competition evaluates mediators and negotiating pairs separately, with assessors examining their strategy, teamwork, information gathering and ability to advance the parties’ interests.

All rounds will be conducted online on October 31 and November 1, 2026. Participants must have a stable internet connection and join their assigned online rounds in accordance with the organising committee’s instructions.
