About the Opportunity
The Legal Associate role involves reviewing and drafting contracts, supporting contract negotiations, managing contract-related processes and conducting legal research and analysis. Selected candidates will also work on data privacy, compliance, sanctions and export control matters.
The role includes reviewing and managing agreements such as MSAs, NDAs, SaaS Agreements, Statements of Work and Vendor Agreements, along with supporting Privacy Notices and Data Processing Agreements.
Experience
Candidates with 2–5 years of experience and above are eligible to apply.

The position is available across India.
Mode
The position is offered on a full-time basis.
Eligibility Criteria
- LL.B qualification.
- B.Tech or B.Sc. background.
- 2–5 years of experience and above.
- Strong contract drafting and review skills.
- Understanding of Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) processes.
- Knowledge of data privacy and compliance.
- Exposure to sanctions and export control requirements.
- Strong legal research and analytical skills.
- Relevant technology or in-house legal experience.
Roles & Responsibilities
Contract Drafting & Review
The Legal Associate will review and draft contracts and support the management of commercial agreements, including MSAs, NDAs, SaaS Agreements, Statements of Work and Vendor Agreements.
Contract Lifecycle Management
The role involves supporting Contract Lifecycle Management processes and managing amendments, renewals and contracts throughout their lifecycle.
Corporate Advisory
The Legal Associate will assist with contract negotiations, risk mitigation and legal analysis relating to business agreements and commercial arrangements.
Compliance
The role includes work relating to data privacy and compliance, including supporting Privacy Notices and Data Processing Agreements.
Legal Research
The candidate will conduct legal research and analysis and support matters involving sanctions and export control requirements.
